Through Lifestyle Makeover, we will work hand in hand for 12 weeks to assess your current physical and mental health and take steps toward becoming your more vibrant, healthier self.

Fear of cancer’s return, doing the wrong exercise, and buying the wrong foods will go to the wayside as you learn how to adopt healthier thoughts, foods, habits, and activities suitable for your stage of recovery. You will begin to regain energy, focus, strength, resilience, balance, and joy using simpler, smarter steps. This means you will be able to move forward with fewer steps back!

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL GET FROM THIS PROGRAM:
  • Free 30-minute call prior – to make sure this is the right fit

  • Support and learning from a Certified Health Coach, Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Cancer Exercise Specialist, and Nurse Assistant

  • An in-depth evaluation of your medical history, cancer treatment details, fitness level, and current goals so we can get a realistic picture of your present health

  • An assessment of your needs and challenges so we can identify obstacles to overcome and begin achieving your goals

  • A customized cancer exercise plan to gradually build your strength, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, and balance while avoiding added fatigue

  • Support and accountability via 24 health coaching sessions (bi-weekly or as agreed upon)

  • Help navigating medical issues or lab work 

  • Daily practices, tools, meal plans, and recipes to help you foster holistic well-being through lifestyle, exercise, attitude, and nutrition now and after our work together

  • Confidence so every decision or minor illness does not stress you out

  • A new anti-cancer lifestyle you’re excited about and renewed energy to embrace life!
